Description
Walt's biggest venture, and his biggest risk, was Disneyland. He struck a deal with ABC Television network and even raised funds by borrowing against his own life insurance to help finance it. However, all setbacks were forgotten on July 17, 1955 when Disneyland was unveiled to its first visitors, and a T.V audience. One New York Newspaper called it "The Greatest Show Ever Seen On T.V!"
